We tailor our pricing to each customer based on call volumes, team size, and specific feature requirements. Contact us and we'll put together a proposal that works for your budget and use case.

A call is any discrete telephony interaction — inbound or outbound — processed by Calyxio. Calls are counted at the point of transcription. Transferred calls (where a new transcription session begins) count as separate calls.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the new features will be available immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We will notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. We work with you proactively to ensure your plan is the right size. If you consistently exceed your limit, we will recommend upgrading to a plan that better fits your volumes.

By default, all data — including call recordings and transcripts — is stored in UK-based data centres. Enterprise customers can also opt for EU or US data residency. On-premise deployment is available for Enterprise customers.

Yes. Annual commitments are typically eligible for a discount compared to rolling monthly arrangements. Contact our team to discuss what works best for your organisation.

Most teams are fully operational within one working day. Our onboarding team will guide you through connecting your telephony platform and configuring your compliance rules.

No. Calyxio connects to your existing telephony infrastructure and adds a compliance intelligence layer on top. You keep your existing systems — we add the AI analysis and compliance scoring.

Yes. Calyxio is GDPR compliant and acts as a data processor on your behalf. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) to all customers and maintain ISO 27001 certification.

We offer native integrations with Dialpad, Twilio, Five9 and Genesys Cloud. Enterprise customers can access our full API to build custom integrations with any telephony system.
