Why We Built Calyxio
The compliance platform we always wished existed
Calyxio was born from a simple frustration: the people best placed to solve the compliance monitoring problem — those who'd spent decades in financial services, AI, and contact centre operations — couldn't find a tool that reflected the real world.
Existing solutions were clunky, expensive, slow to implement, and built by people who'd never sat in a compliance review meeting or run an FCA-supervised contact centre. The result was compliance theatre — enormous effort, modest outcomes, and persistent regulatory risk.
So we built Calyxio. From the ground up. Using the latest AI capabilities in transcription, large language models and retrieval-augmented generation — deployed by people who understand exactly what compliance teams actually need.
